My New Boat – Nitro 189 Sport Fish and Ski

Here’s why I haven’t posted in the past couple of months, I was working on buying a boat! I picked up a 2008 Nitro 189 Sport Fish and Ski to take my fishing to the next level. Right now I have it stuffed in my garage while I work on it. Here’s a list of the improvements that I’m working on:

• buffing to remove oxidization on hull
• cleaning everything thoroughly
• swapping out the radio
• installing an onboard 2 bank battery charger
• waxing hull
• fixing the horn and nighttime lights

Once I get this work finished I plan on moving her out of my garage to a dry storage on Lake Conroe where I can launch whenever I want to go fishing.
