Spinner Bait Bass on Lake Conroe

I got up early this morning and headed out to Lake Conroe for some bass fishing. I was on the water at 6:30am right when the sun was coming up. I wish I would’ve been about an hour earlier because the later it got the more windy it was. Oh well, I tried different baits, looked for fish on my Lowrance and tried the same ole tactics. The only way I was able to catch fish and get them to bite was with a white spinner bait. I’d toss it near docks and real quickly back, changing the retrieve often. After the wind picked up more the bite was gone and I headed back home. Next time I’ll catch bigger bass (I hope).
